Shipping – $9 for orders under $70, free standard shipping for orders over $70 within Australia. We cannot ship outside Australia. We ship via Australia Post and most orders arrive 2-7 days after receipt of order. Please select Express Post for $12 if you require your delivery in a hurry.
Tracking & breakages – we track all orders and will replace any order that goes missing or is damaged in transit free of charge, let us know as soon as possible if anything doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged.
Payment – we recommend Paypal. We use eWAY Payment Gateway for online credit card transactions. Payments are fully automated with an immediate response. eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all major Australian banks. Credit card details and personal information entered on our system is encrypted using SSL technology, we do not store or view credit card information. Privacy – we store your contact details and order information on our secure server and don’t share them with anyone. To have your information removed from our system, please email acuherb@acuherb.com.au
Stock – if a product is out of stock we will contact you and let you know how long it will take to be delivered to you.
Refunds & returns – if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your products, you may return them and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that refunds can only be given on products returned in their original condition. We will not cover the postal cost of product returns.
