What we do for you

At AcuHerb we help you restore and maintain your health, strength, resilience and vitality.  We will take the time to fully understand your health problem and then tailor a treatment plan to suit your individual symptoms and lifestyle.

Your treatment will not only improve your symptoms, it will also target the cause of your health problems to ensure you get lasting improvements.

Because our treatment uses the balancing effect of acupuncture, you will feel more energised, less stressed, sleep better and have less pain.   We will also prescribe herbs, supplements and make other health recommendations as required.

We will help you feel more “like you”.

How we are different

At AcuHerb we do things a bit differently to other health practitioners.

  • We take time – we will spend longer with you than most other health practitioners.  This allows us to fully understand your problem, explain your condition and treatment thoroughly and gives you time to relax.

  • We treat the whole body – our treatment can address both internal, muscular, joint and nervous system problems.  This allows us to address most of your health problems with the one treatment plan.

  • We restore the balance – by helping the body and the nervous system restore balance, we assist the body to resolve its own problems.  This means that you will feel better and your body will be able to maintain that feeling.

  • We expect you to get results and if you don’t get them, we’ll suggest something else – we expect to start seeing improvements in your symptoms after the fourth treatment.  Our treatment is not a quick fix, but we don’t believe that means you need months of treatment before you should start to feel better.  If we can see that the treatment is not working for you, we will discuss other options with you.

  • You can see us when you need us – although we believe that maintaining your health may include regular treatments with us, we also believe that you know what is best for your body.  So you can see us as often or infrequently as you need.

  • We encourage you to take responsibility – we are not in the business of telling people what to do.  We want to work with our clients to help them take control of their health and make the best decisions about their health.
